At Amazon Home, we want you to love your space, which is why most furniture and home decor items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a seamless processing experience.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit 'Your Orders' in your account, select the home item you wish to return, and choose the reason for the request to generate your return authorization.

  Prepare the Item

  Carefully disassemble furniture if necessary and place the item back in its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

• 3.
  Print and Label

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label and securely attach it to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping barcodes are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to a designated carrier location or, for heavy furniture items, schedule a home pickup through our specialized large-item logistics partners.
